Yoong Fook Loy
Fook Loy represents Pivotal Resources in South East Asia with over 8 years of in-depth training and hands-on deployment of Six Sigma Methodologies.
With nearly 11 years at General Electric, Fook Loy began at GE Aircraft Engines before moving to GE Plastics working as the Training and Development Manager for South East Asia. He then moved to GE Corporate for a position as the Corporate Leadership
Program Manger for Asia, overseeing talent development in numerous programs. Here, he was involved in training, mentoring and coaching leaders in their Six Sigma projects.
Fook Loy continues to support GE as an external consultant, delivering leadership sessions such as Change Acceleration Process, Facilitative Leadership Skills Workshop, Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC Workshop, Coaching Skills, Project Management and Teambuilding. Fook Loy has also worked with other companies such as Asia Pacific Breweries (S) Pte. Ltd, Cambodia Brewery Ltd, Advanced Micro Devices, Kimberly Clark Asia, Dell Computer, Microsoft, Television Corporation of Singapore, Siemens Medical, American Express and others.
Fook Loy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is certified as a Master Trainer and Consultant for High Performance Work Organization with Productivity Development System Inc, Florida, USA.

Ng Yeow Meng
NG Yeow Meng, is a consultant with Onesiphorus Pte Ltd. He has global and cross-functional experience in Information Management, Software Development and Web Technology Services. He is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional, coupled with Six Sigma project execution and training experience.
Yeow Meng spent more than 5 years in General Electric before leaving to become an independent consultant. While with GE, Yeow Meng graduated from the prestigious Information Management Leadership Program and has worked in technology and project leadership roles in various GE businesses spanning GE Aircraft Engines (USA), GE Medical Systems, GE Power Systems and GE Corporate leading initiatives spanning Asia, USA and Europe. Beyond technology leadership roles, he also worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt in both Human Resources and Field Services functions with experience in conducting Six Sigma Green Belt classes. Prior to GE, Yeow Meng’s work experiences included stints with Federal Express developing software applications as well as providing sales and operations support for an outbound travel firm and a market research firm.
Yeow Meng is also a partner with Wings Ventures Pte Ltd, a consulting outfit that provides IT project management services specializing in e-Business implementations and web technology services. His recent project execution and consulting experiences involved industries like aviation services, food and beverage, consumer products and software/technology solution providers.
Yeow Meng graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from The National University of Singapore.

Navee Khemkhon
Navee Khemkhon is an Consultant with Onesiphorus Pte. Ltd. He is supporting the Thailand operation as a representative of the organization.
Navee also manages his personal business at View & CS Co., Ltd., one of Thailand largest media production house company.
Navee has a broadly diversified experiences. He started his career in Sales and Marketing with Siam Cement Group, Thailand largest conglomerate. An outstanding candidate, he was awarded a full time scholarship from Siam Commercial Bank Plc to pursue an MBA program with Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, a joint program among Wharton, Kellogg and Chulalongkorn University. Navee returned and joined the bank upon graduation.
At the bank, he helped established the financial advisory services division and worked there as a financial consultant for 4 years. He led various financing project deals in Indochina, this included the Power plant in Lao PDR, Cement Plant in Vietnam, Hotels in Haiphong and Myanmar as well as several debt restructuring deals in Thailand.
Navee joined GE Thailand in 1997 as Business Development Manager. From there, he moved on to various roles. These roles include Six Sigma Black Belt, Product Commercialization Leader and as Supply Chain Management Leader for GE Plastics Thailand.
Navee was in the project team that successfully established a manufacturing plant for GE Plastics Thailand. The plant was built and launched in record-breaking time of 12 months. It was considered one of the most successful project within GE.
Navee is also certified to conduct Six Sigma training, Change Acceleration Program and Work-Out.
Navee is also a graduate from Chulalongkorn University with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics.

Takahiro Kurata
Takahiro Kurata is Senior Consultant with Onesiphorus Pte Ltd. He is a certified Six Sigma Trainer. Master Trainer. Takahiro spent nearly 14 years with Sony Corporation. The latter 3 years in consulting and teaching as a Master Black Belt.
Takahiro has been involved in various Six Sigma Initiatives with Sony, notable accomplishment include:
- Developing the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Curriculum for Sony. The DFSS approach is currently being patented.
- Consulting over 300 projects in the R&D Division.
- Conducting training for Six Sigma Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts.
- Developing Sony's management of technology approach to Project Management for Sony Corporate Laboratories.
Takahiro has also two patents to his credits, one being the architectural model of MIPS R4000 micro-processor system. He is also the visiting researcher of Semiconductor Technology Academic Research Center (STARC).
Takahiro writes regularly as well. His latest paper was on "Applying and Deployment of Six Sigma in Sony R&D". The paper can be found in the Journal of The Japan Society for Computational Engineering and Science (JSCES ¡V 2004, Vol 9 No 1).
Takahiro is fluent in both Japanese and English (TOEIC Score 905). Currently, he and his family are based in Chiangmai, Thailand. Takahiro graduated with a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. He also received the Kohei Miura Graduate Fellowship, Ohio University for his outstanding performance.

Masanori Aikawa
Masanori Aikawa supports Pivotal Resources Asia as Consultant based in Japan since 2005.
MASANORI AIKAWA Masanori-san worked in the IT Industries since graduating from Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo in 1994. His careers include IT consulting and System integration projects. This provided him the opportunity to integrate Six Sigma to his work. Most notable accomplishments were the successful development of the online estimate system for HP and integration of system designed and implementation of the Media Planning System for TV and Radio CM.
Masanori-san attained his Black Belt accreditation in Sun Micro-systems. He worked as e-Business Manager and Black Belt from July 2003 – Jan 2005. He was also Sun Sigma certified trainer.

Jovi Tong
Jovi Tong is based in Shanghai, China. She offers Six Sigma
training and consulting ranging from manufacturing to services.
Jovi started her career in GE’s prestigeious Technical Leadership Program as a New Product Engineer at GE Lighting. She subsequently moved into a manufacturing Black Belt function upon graduating from the program.
As a Manufacturing Black Belt, Jovi coached and mentored Green Belts in their projects. She led Black Belt projects that successfully helped the company reduce cost of over-production and poor quality.
As a Commercial Black Belt for GE Plastics, her responsibility was to set up salesforce effectiveness strategies for major customers with the Sales and Marketing Department. Through her involvement in understanding the voice of customers, she initiated projects either internally or at the customers’ site that led to higher customer satisfaction.
Jovi then moved to GE Lighting Technology Center as Global Sourcing Manager. This job provided her with the experience in supplier qualification, relationship and management.
Jovi is highly proficient in Mandarin and English. She is a graduate from the Shanghai Jiaotong University with a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Science and Technology.

Soma Ariyaka
Soma Ariyaka is an Consultant with Onesiphorus Pte. Ltd. He has been involved with in-depth training and hands-on deployment of Six Sigma Methodologies for over than five years.
Soma is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Delphi Automotive System and Advanced Integrated Technologies Group, USA., where he began his career in Process Engineering. His last appointment at Delphi Automotive System was Plant Deployment Champion and Regional Black Belt for Production Control and Logistic. In his role, he was actively involved in conducting Six Sigma training and has coached and mentored over 50 projects in various business processes from HR, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehouse.
Soma subsequently moved to Perfetti Van Melle, where he initiated and led the Six Sigma and Lean Implementation effort. His operational skills was recognized by his company and he was seconded as Plant Manager in one of the new start-up. Soma continued to implementing Six Sigma Program in this company, and combining it with SGA (Small Group Activity) and Lean Manufacturing Program.
Soma has been delivered numerous training and workshop sessions including strategic alignment session, teambuilding and outbound session, Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC workshop, Manufacturing System Design and Delphi Manufacturing Systems.
Soma graduated with First Class Honour Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. He also graduated with Master Degree in Information Technology from The Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.

Jackie Lim
Jackie is a certified and seasoned Six Sigma Practitioner, having been involved in the Six Sigma initiatives with GE and Sun Microsystems for seven years.
While at GE, Jackie's roles included regional Six Sigma Black Belt covering Asia in such areas as Global Sales Operation, Supply Chain Management and Customer Advocacy. Here she has trained and coached in over 60 Green Belt projects.
Jackie's other accomplishments include implementing through Design for Six Sigma methodology, a digitized real time auction tools and facilities that created significant cost savings on materials deflation for GE. She was also instrumental in incorporating Six Sigma rigor into eBusiness processes – from establishing a business model, to web application development, and finally, to marketing and fulfillment over the web.
Jackie is well versed in English and Bahasa Malay. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours Second Upper) graduating in Dean’s List of Honours. She also graduated from GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program (FMP).

Thomas Chew
Thomas Chew is a Senior Consultant with Onesiphorus Pte Ltd. He has been practicing and implementing Lean Six Sigma in organizations for more than 8 years. He was trained in Japan by Shingijutsu Co. Ltd and understudied various Japanese consultants over a period of two years. He was later trained as a Lean Master in US by Honeywell.
Over the years, Thomas has trained, coached and mentored over a hundred project teams around Asia. Often in leading and coaching these teams, he also has to be an effective change agent for successful implementation. Thomas trains Green Belts, Black Belts and Lean Experts.
Some of the companies he has work with are ST Kinetics Group of companies, Honeywell, GE Lightings, OCBC, Ingram Micro, Eastman Chemicals, The Commercial Affairs Department of Singapore, Carlson Wagonlit, Bossard, Bank Negara Indonesia amongst many others..
Thomas is a graduate of University of London with a Bachelor of Science in Management.

Ng Choon Seng
Ng Choon Seng is an Associate Consultant with Onesiphorus Pte. Ltd. He has 18 years of experience in human resources and facilitation in service and manufacturing industries as well as the government sectors.
He started his career in the then National Productivity Board with the Management Consultancy Guidance Centre. He is experienced in leading the learning, development & human resource functions in the hospitality sector, Japanese manufacturing MNC, leading Management Development and Organization Development for US Fortune 500 Companies.
He deliveres various leadership, change management and facilitation programs in South East Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and India. His organisational experience includes performance and career coaching for staff.
Choon Seng has been invited by various companies and conference organisers to speak about his experience in facilitation and change management. He conducts various modules in the Certificate of Organisational Facilitation program by Republic Polytechnic. Choon Seng is certified in various psychometric profiling instruments and uses them extensively in his workshops and coaching sessions.
He facilitated sessions for Members of Parliament, Senior SAF Officers, school Principals & teachers, senior leaders in private organizations, multi-national Corporations as well as Managers, Engineers and Production Operators.
Choon Seng is one of the first in Singapore to be an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and is the only Singaporean to be certified as an IAF CPF Assessor.
He is also the only Singaporean to be certified by the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) as a Certified Master Action Learning Coach.

Choong Wai Leong
Choong Wai Leong, have been in the manufacturing industry for the past twenty years. He has extensive experience in plant & process design, factory & product line setup and metal working processes & tools making in the earlier part of his career.
The last decade of his career saw him taking on various responsibilities including sales and business development where he headed the sales team of a leading steels company. His works included continual improvements on departments and deployment of manpower resources to improve bottom line and operational efficiencies. He was involved in specifying, training and roll out of SAP as information system solutions in the steel company specifically in metal treatment processing.
Wai Leong was a certified ISO 9001 auditor in which he was the Management Representative for six years at his last employment.
Wai Leong graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Prior to this he had a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Management. He went through his Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt and Lean Initiatives training with Pivotal Resources.
