Course Contents
The workshop employs experiential-learning technique as participants get involve in activities to learn team processes for working together. With every activity, participants will be led through a series of debrief. Each activity focuses on one key component of the GRPI Model.
The workshop will cover the following:
- Characteristics of Effective Team using the GRPI Model
- Experiential activities for skills development in the area of
- Developing common Goals
- Clarifying Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying Team Processes that work
- Developing Inter-personal relationship
- Action Planning
Outcome of the session
- Participants will have an appreciation of working together to achieve a common goal.
- articipants will be equipped with some critical team processes for working together.
